Iphone 6 is pretty thin. it is
merely 6.9 mm. Iphone 6+ is a bit more about 7.1 mm.
A8 CHIP:
Both Iphone 6 and 6+ are powered by
Apple-designed A8 chip. The A8 chip has upto 25 % faster processing power and
upto 50 % faster graphics.
WIFI SPEED:
The new processor A8 is not the only
reason Iphone 6 is faster, with 802.11ac wifi its wifi speed can be 3 times
faster and after that upto 50 times faster LTE speed than Iphone 5s.

Iphone 6 is upto 50% more energy
efficient, bringing a higher sustained performance.
