What is augmented reality?

Augmented reality brings out the components of the digital world into a person's perceived real world.Augmented reality isn’t a new thing it started back in 90’s i.e.- The heads-up displays in many fighter aircraft would show information about the attitude, direction and speed of the plane, and only a few years later they could show which objects in the field of view were targets.
